The pandemic has changed the world, and while the way we celebrate has also changed, we still try to ensure that celebrations retain their sense of magic and are safe.
Since most celebrations have a limited number of invitees these days, the focal point of the décor has changed too. Instead of larger-than-life backdrops for photo ops, we have gravitated towards smaller areas of sheer thematic beauty like a customised dessert bar. A setting like this with a backdrop of balloons and banners is perfect for photo ops and later on in the party, this serves as a unique cake table for the cake cutting ceremony.
Keeping entertainment engaging, especially for children’s parties, in these times has proved challenging but we have opted for activities where it is easier to maintain social distancing and keep risks at the minimal. Art and craft activities are always a favourite and we also make sure to include painting, puppet making, storytelling with our party host and many more. We also personalise each art and craft table according to the theme of the event along with the games.
