Do I need to book in advance for this package?
Yes we advise you to block the date in advance to assure availability.

What details do I need to provide?
Kindly mention the Date of event, time of event, location of the event & number of guests & theme of the party

When will I be charged for this package?
This is a pre approval package which means that once you add to cart & checkout payment will be collected only once we confirm availability  on the requested date & time.

What is the duration of the package
The time of set up and time of collection can be discussed with the team.

Can I add on to the packages?
Yes you can. kindly mention required add ons in the notes.

Is the package available in Abu Dhabi only?
This package is inclusive of delivery & collection in Abu Dubai . Additional charges would apply for other Emirates

Terms & Conditions

• Should you wish to cancel your booking we do not offer refunds, you have 12 months to rebook (excluding busy periods, Easter, Halloween weekend & Christmas month 25th nov-2nd jan)
• We require all details for personalization 48 hours before your event else we can not provide the personalization
• All equipment will be tested before our team leave your location to confirm all is in working order, should any equipment become damaged the client expected to pay 100% of the cost to replace the damaged item(s) by making a deposit for booking the client agrees to the above terms.
