Do I need to book in advance for this package?
Yes we advise you to block the date in advance to assure availability.

What details do I need to provide?
Kindly mention the Date of event, time of event, location of the event & character preference in the notes at checkout.

Please note actors would require changing space at the venue to be able to dress in character .

When will I be charged for this package?
This is a pre approval package which means that once you add to cart & checkout payment will be collected only once we confirm availability on the requested date & time.

Is the package available in Dubai only?
This package is for Dubai . Additional charges would apply for other Emirates

Terms and Conditions

Parties must start at time indicated at booking. Please be aware if you ask the character to wait, her end time will remain the same.
A single entertainer may entertain up to 15 children at the standards rates, over 15 children will be charged at AED 25 per head. Over 30 children will require an additional host/entertainer.
Rescheduling policy: If you need to reschedule your booking more than 7 days before the event, a charge of AED 200 will be added to your party fee. If you need to reschedule your booking within 1 week of the event a fee of AED 400 will be added to your party fee.
Cancellation policy: If you need to completely cancel your booking more than 7 days before the event, you will be refunded with exception of AED 500. If you nedd to cancel your booking within 1 week of the event, we will refund 50% of your booking.
You booking is only confirmed when you have paid the full amount and you have received confirmation.
